Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, June 12, 2026 – DKSH, a leading Market Expansion Services provider in Asia and beyond, has been honored with the “Gender Equality Star” recognition at the Top 50 Corporate Sustainability Awards (TOP 50 CSA) 2026, organized by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine. This marks the fourth consecutive year DKSH Vietnam has been named among the Top 50, with honors spanning different ESG categories each year, reflecting the company’s enduring commitment to responsible business.

In the fifth year of TOP 50 CSA, the program evaluates outstanding sustainable enterprises across FDI, listed, and unlisted companies in Vietnam, recognizing those that demonstrate measurable commitment to sustainable business practices across environmental, social, and governance dimensions.

The “Gender Equality Star” category recognizes companies that demonstrate meaningful progress in advancing workplace gender equality, spanning inclusive hiring, equitable compensation, and women’s representation in leadership. This recognition reflects DKSH Vietnam’s consistent implementation of policies and programs that embed gender diversity as a core organizational value, aligned with DKSH’s policies.

As of 2025, women account for 55% of DKSH Vietnam’s total workforce, with 60% of managerial roles held by female employees. Most notably, more than half of the members of the Country Leadership Team are women. When everyone is empowered to lead, the entire organization benefits. This recognition reflects our dedication to creating an environment where every individual, regardless of gender, has the opportunity to thrive and lead. We remain committed to contributing to Vietnam’s vision for a more equitable and sustainable future.”

These recognitions affirm DKSH’s sustainability objective to enable our people to flourish, which aims to create opportunities for employees’ personal and professional growth, promote diversity and inclusion, and support employees’ talents and engagement.
