Cervical cancer remains one of the most significant health challenges for women, ranking as the second most common cancer among women in Thailand. Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is the leading cause and often shows no symptoms, so many never realize they have been infected. While most cervical lesions regress naturally, 10 to 15 percent of infections can persist and, in some cases, progress to cervical cancer.
For low grade cervical changes, physicians often follow a “wait and see” approach due to the likelihood of spontaneous regression. While clinically sound, this extended follow-up period can lead to prolonged fear, anxiety, and emotional strain.
To provide women with a practical option to feel more in control of their health, we introduced an innovative vaginal spray gel in Thailand for the early management of cervical lesions associated with HPV, suitable for at home use with a physician’s prescription. Its clinically studied formulation helps double HPV clearance, supports regression of precancerous lesions up to 95.7 percent, and promotes a healthy vaginal microbiota balance and natural tissue repair.
To further support women, an initiative was launched in Bangkok to open dialogue around HPV and cervical health. The event brought together healthcare professionals, wellness advocates, and media representatives to discuss early management approaches and the emotional burden that can accompany an HPV diagnosis, highlighting the psychological challenges many women face during follow-up care.
